Ozzie in Love

Ozzie with Heart (6)

Morning all. It’s the weekend, woohoo! Later on, after the children’s swimming lessons, we will be off to visit the in-laws to celebrate my Father-in-laws Birthday. But first I thought I would pop on and tell you about the new challenge at A Gem of a Challenge.

This week it’s the Pinks turn to host the challenge and we have a fabulous theme of ‘Hearts or Flowers’. I’m  getting a few Valentine’s card made and this Ozzie with Heart was perfect for one.

Anna says Happy Birthday

Brooke as Anna (4)

Afternoon! I’m waiting for some paint to dry upstairs (that’s my excuse) so I thought I would take 5 minutes break and do a quick blog post to share the Birthday card I made for my little Princess who turned 4 on Saturday.

This card uses a wonderful freebie given away during Kit & Clowders Advent Calendar. I thought it would be perfect for my little Frozen fan. This is Brooke as Anna from Stamp Anniething:

Brooke as Anna (2)

As I said Miss 4 is a massive Frozen fan so I’ve stuck with near enough the proper colours, although I forgot the icy white stripe in her hair

Fabulous Day

DSC07650

Me again and this time I’m here to share a little Polkadoodles loveliness.

And I’ve been using the new paper pads, stamps and dies that were shown on Create & Craft a few weeks back and are available to pre-order now in the Polkadoodles store - New - Added in December

A nice simple card using some DP stamped with one of the flourishes and the sentiment. For the butter fly I die cut it twice for dimension. The bottom one is cute from pink patterned paper and left plain and the top one is die cut from the same paper but stamped with a water based ink and the coloured pulled across with a water brush.
